– Joinery drawings and fit-out details
– Styling and final walkthrough

How much does your design services cost and what’s included?
We offer tiered packages to suit different design needs and budgets. From concept-only support to full-service design management. Pricing varies depending on the scope and space type. Check out our services page for more information or enquire for an accurate quote
Do you have your own build team, or do I need to find my own?
We don’t have an in-house build team (maybe one day soon!), but we’re happy to work with your trusted contractors. If you go for our full design service, we’ll manage the design and liaise with them all the way to completion
Can you help me choose the right space before I commit to a lease?
Yes, our Property Advisory service (with RICS-certified surveyors) helps you evaluate a space’s potential, negotiate with landlords, and ensure it’s fit for your business goals
What’s the process and how long does it take?
After an initial consultation, we’ll create a tailored design proposal. Timelines vary, but concept to final design for Resi projects (prior to site activities) typically takes 8 weeks, depending on the package and complexity
Do I need to be in the same city as you to work together?
